Roles & Responsibilities
- Optimize pickers shifts at a store level, based on hourly order trend and ensure pickers availability in each store to improve turnaround.
- Ensure positive picker/ merchant experience through effective communication and quick resolutions to all inquiries raised by the pickers/ merchants.
- Analyze performance and make necessary recommendation/ corrections to ensure all targets & KPI’s are met for both the pickers as well the business.
- Coordinate with stake holders to ensure appropriate training and follow up on pickers assigned.
- Resolve any escalations raised by the pickers/ store support associates and any merchants by constantly reviewing performance.
- Supervisor pickers to control attendance, shift readiness, compliance with business etc.
