Finance & Accounting Specialist (Spanish Speaker)

About the Position

We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Specialist to join the group’s international finance team, based in Dubai.

The selected candidate will work closely and continuously with the finance team located in Spain, participating in the accounting and financial management of different group entities in both Spain and the UAE.

We are looking for a highly organized profile, detail-oriented, with experience in accounting and multicountry financial coordination.

Ideally, we are looking for a Spanish professional currently residing in Dubai or with previous experience working between Spain and the UAE.

Main Responsibilities

• Management and supervision of the daily accounting operations of assigned entities.

• Preparation and support of monthly closings.

• Continuous coordination with the finance team in Spain.

• Management of invoicing, payments, collections, provisions, and reconciliations.

• Monitoring and control of accounting documentation.

• Coordination with tax advisors and external providers.

• Support in international operations and multicompany structures.

• Assistance with financial reporting and operational control.

• Administrative and financial management related to UAE operations.

• Support in cash control and operational cash flow monitoring.

Required Profile

• Native Spanish speaker or high professional level of Spanish.

• Professional level of English.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance positions.

• Experience working with international and/or multicompany structures.

• Ability to work in coordination with international teams.

• Organized, proactive profile with strong attention to detail.
