Job Overview:
Fales Grand General Trading LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Manager to oversee our Finance & Accounts department. The ideal candidate must have 10+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting, preferably from the Tyre or trading industry, and should possess in-depth knowledge of Odoo software. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the overall financial activities of the company, including the accounting department.
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including budgets, financial statements, and cash flow reports.
- Oversee financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Implement and monitor internal financial controls, processes, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (VAT, Corporate Tax).
- Supervise the preparation and finalization of accounts, auditing (internal & external), and ensure compliance with WPS.
- Actively monitor and control company finances, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Collaborate with the Iraq and China teams to streamline banking and financial operations across regions, particularly with the new Iraq banking system.
- Assist management in developing strategies to enhance revenue generation and operational efficiency.
- Lead the finance team, ensuring effective delegation, training, and evaluation of team performance.
