Supervise and Manage the Fit-out Works for Towers, Commercial and Residential buildings

• Supervise daily site operations to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards, leveraging your leadership to drive team performance.
• Lead project meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and next steps, ensuring all team members are aligned and informed.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and site logs, to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill development within the team.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients and project managers, to provide updates and resolve any concerns.
• Manage site budgets and resources, tracking expenditures and optimizing labor allocation for maximum efficiency.
• Review architectural and engineering drawings, ensuring accurate execution of fit-out plans and addressing any discrepancies immediately.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues proactively, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
