· Receive, create master data of fixed assets in SAP

· Assign tag numbers to fixed assets

· Conduct periodic/quarterly/annual physical inventory counts of fixed assts as applicable.

· Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system.

· Monitor and track the completion of project, capitalize costs into fixed asset accounts upon completion.

· Reconcile and check different system reports relates to fixed asset and reconcile them with general ledger.

· Review and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation.

· Calculate asset retirement obligations for those fixed assets to which asset write offs are applicable.

· Investigate the potential obsolescence of fixed assets.

· Conduct periodic impairment reviews for intangible assets.
