· Operate and monitor the fleshing machine to remove flesh and fat from hides and skins

· Inspect hides before and after processing to ensure quality standards are met

· Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the fleshing machine and related equipment

· Follow safety and environmental guidelines and report any hazards or malfunctions

· Collaborate with other tannery workers and supervisors to maintain workflow efficiency

· Keep accurate records of production output and report daily progress
