Key Responsibilities:

✅ Supervise and coordinate daily workshop activities, ensuring smooth workflow

✅ Assign tasks to technicians and monitor job progress

✅ Ensure all repairs and services meet quality and safety standards

✅ Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient work environment

✅ Manage inventory, tools, and equipment to prevent shortages or delays

✅ Train and mentor technicians, providing guidance and support

✅ Ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers and handle any service-related issues

✅ Communicate effectively with the service advisors and customers when needed

✅ Enforce company policies and safety regulations

Requirements:

✔️ Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor, Workshop Controller, or similar role in the automotive industry

✔️ Strong technical knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance

✔️ Excellent leadership and team management skills

✔️ Ability to multitask and work under pressure

✔️ Strong communication and problem-solving skills

✔️ Knowledge of workshop safety regulations and procedures
