3. *Regulatory Compliance:*
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international food safety and quality regulations.

- Plan and oversee food technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, marketing, and sales.

- Train and mentor staff on food safety, quality control, and new technologies.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of food technologists and other team members.

- Analyze and optimize food production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
7. *Documentation and Reporting:*
- Maintain accurate records of research, development, and quality control activities.
- Prepare detailed reports for management, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
8. *Vendor and Supplier Management:*
- Evaluate and select raw material suppliers based on quality and cost criteria.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
