We are seeking experienced Freelance Tour Sales Agentsto join our growing team! This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about tourism, have strong sales skills, and are eager to work on a commission-only basis. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our tours and packages, including but not limited to desert safaris, dhow dinner cruises, and sightseeing bus tours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage potential customers interested in Dubai tours, both through direct outreach and digital channels.
- Sell individual tours & tour packages by understanding client needs and recommending the best options.
- Achieve a minimum of 80 sales per month, with sales targets subject to seasonal adjustments.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and potential repeat business.
- Work independently to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Keep track of customer bookings and follow up on inquiries promptly.
- Use the company-provided email and digital branding/media for customer communication.
