*meeting and welcoming clients in a professional and friendly manner

*answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or person

*answering queries about our clubs as well as products and services with offer either face to face or online

*attentive to detail and giving the best end-user experience to our members

*being calm should a difficult situation arise
