Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Staff member located in Dubai. The Front Desk Staff will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, answering phones, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining effective communication with guests and staff. The role also involves managing reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, along with other administrative tasks as required.

- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
