Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for clients in a professional and welcoming manner. Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Manage class schedules, client bookings, and registrations using studio management software. Process client payments and maintain accurate financial records. Assist with payroll calculations and manage studio expenses. Provide studio tours and assist with membership inquiries. Support Pilates instructors with appointment coordination and smooth daily operations. Maintain the reception area and studio organization. Assist in managing social media profiles and help create content for class updates, promotions, and client testimonials.
