Front Desk & Reception Duties:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Manage all incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist in organizing internal meetings.
  • Handle courier services, deliveries, and mail distribution.
  • Ensure a positive client experience at the front office.

Sales Admin Assistance:

  • Assist the Sales Administration team in preparing sales and lease contracts, listing forms, MOU agreements, and other real estate documentation.
  • Upload and update property listings on company CRM, portals, and internal systems.
  • Coordinate with agents for required documentation and follow-ups.
  • Track the status of listings, contracts, and client submissions for accuracy and completeness.
  • Support in filing, record-keeping, and maintaining contract templates and client files.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials, brochures, and presentations when needed.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Liaise with facility management and IT support for basic office maintenance needs.
  • Coordinate with HR/admin team for employee onboarding and visitor access when needed.
