Job Title: Frontend Developer [UI/UX Focus]

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Frontend Developer with strong design
sensibilities to help bring our digital platforms to life. This role combines hands-on
development with UI/UX design, and is ideal for someone who can turn ideas into intuitive,
responsive, and visually engaging web and mobile experiences. The ideal candidate has a
solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks, and design tools, and is
passionate about creating pixel-perfect, user-centered interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

-Design and develop responsive, cross-platform front-end interfaces for websites, web

applications, and mobile apps.

- Translate UI/UX designs [Figma, Adobe XD, etc.] into clean, scalable code.
- Collaborate with backend developers and product teams to implement features and
ensure design consistency.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and responsiveness.
- Maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable front-end components.
- Ensure accessibility, browser compatibility, and responsive behavior across devices.
- Proactively propose UI improvements and keep interfaces aligned with modern design
trends and user needs.

- Conduct testing and gather user feedback to iterate on designs and functionality.
