3. Language Proficiency: Proficient in both English and Mandarin as working languages.

4. Work Experience: Minimum of 15 years’ experience in the international construction and engineering sector at an international law firm; Preference will be given to candidates with professional certifications related to international arbitration or contract management (e.g., FIDIC, CIArb).

5. Dispute Resolution Expertise: Proficiency in various dispute resolution methods, including but not limited to negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and litigations; Experience in managing high-value and complex international construction projects is a strong advantage.

6. Comprehensive Skills: Excellent strategic planning and resource coordination abilities; Strong ability to work effectively with teams from diverse cultural backgrounds.

7. Responsibilities: Assist the company in formulating long-term legal strategies to support its development goals and safeguard corporate interests.

8. Adaptability: Physically healthy and mentally resilient; Willing to base in Riyadh and travel to project sites as required.
