Position Type: Full time or Part-Time (Must be able to attend office hours on at least some days TBD)
Term: Approximately 3-month contract (preferably on own visa or spouse visa)

Job Summary:

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in creating high-quality visual and digital content. We are seeking a full time or part-time professional who can contribute immediately to our creative and administrative needs. The ideal candidate will be versatile, detail-oriented, and proficient in design and web platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design digital and print materials such as company profiles, brochures, flyers, social media graphics, presentations, etc.
• Develop and maintain company websites using WordPress
• Coordinate with departments and external vendors on design requirements
• Manage and organize graphic design assets, files, and documentation
• Editorial design of catalogs and company profiles
• Adding new products to catalog (including photographing products)
• Rebranding, logo design, office document, etc. redesign
• Product label and box label redesign
• Assisting with coordinating the website design (with others)
• Product 3D modeling (if required)
• ERP document design (quote, invoice, letterheads)

Requirements:

• Highly preferred: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Strong portfolio showcasing recent design work (must be submitted online or via email before interview)
• Experience working on Catalogues or Magazine's (Required) - Share samples (portfolio) (most of this are in the real estate field)
• Web Designing experience is an advantage
• Editorial type of Graphic Designing.
• Previous experience working in retail catalogue design.
• Proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, WordPress
• High proficiency in Adobe InDesign
• Bonus software skills (preferred but not required): 3D Modelling
• Must be Creative and detail-oriented
