- Creating and preparing artwork using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Setting up files for production in the machines and handling day-to-day design tasks
- Assisting in operating engraving and printing machines (training provided)
- Helping bring custom products to life — from start to finish
- Maintaining attention to detail across both digital and hands-on work
- Proficient in tools and edit files sent by clients as needed
