We are looking for a creative and details-oriented Graphic Designer to join our FMCG team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity across various platforms. This role requires a professional with a strong understanding of the FMCG sector (Mandatory), product packaging, and digital and print marketing materials. The Graphic Designer will work closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to create impactful designs that resonate with our target audience.
- Maintain Consistent Visual Identity: Ensure all designs align with the brand’s visual identity guidelines, maintaining consistency across all platforms and products.
- Develop Brand Assets: Create and update core brand assets such as logos, typography, color schemes, and style guides that reinforce brand recognition.
- Support Marketing Campaigns: Work closely with the marketing team to design assets that reflect the brand's image and appeal to target audiences in campaigns and promotions.
- Create Brand Templates: Develop and refine templates for use across digital and print materials, ensuring ease of replication and brand uniformity.
- Brand Refresh and Evolution: Stay updated with market trends and provide suggestions for minor brand refreshes to keep the visual identity current and competitive.
- Visual Storytelling: Translate the brand’s values and story into compelling visual content that resonates with consumers.
- Design Packaging Concepts: Create eye-catching packaging designs that align with brand guidelines and appeal to the target market, with consideration of usability and functionality.
- Prototype and Mockups: Develop prototypes and mockups for internal reviews and presentations, giving stakeholders a realistic view of the final product.
- Work with Product Dimensions and Constraints: Ensure packaging designs are optimized for various SKU dimensions and formats while maximizing shelf appeal.
- Compliance with Regulatory Standards: Ensure all packaging adheres to local and international packaging regulations, including labelling requirements.
- Production Collaboration: Work closely with production teams and suppliers to ensure designs translate accurately in print, managing color accuracy, materials, and finishing techniques.
- Packaging Optimization: Collaborate with product and logistics teams to create packaging that balances design with durability, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Consumer-Centric Design: Research consumer preferences and competitor packaging to design products that stand out on shelves and fulfill consumer needs.
· Digital Marketing Collateral: Design visual assets for social media, email campaigns, websites, and other digital platforms to drive engagement and brand awareness.
· Print Marketing Materials: Develop print materials, including flyers, brochures, point-of-sale displays, posters, and product catalogues.
· Visual Storytelling: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling graphics and visual content that communicate the brand story and product benefits effectively.
· Trend Monitoring & Implementation: Stay updated with design trends, particularly in the FMCG sector, and integrate relevant trends into design concepts.
