We are currently seeking a skilled Gypsum Carpenter to join our team and contribute to our ongoing and upcoming projects.
Position Overview: We are looking for a Gypsum Carpenter to perform installations, repairs, and finishing of gypsum boards and related structures. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong craftsmanship, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and finish gypsum boards, partitions, ceilings, and other related structures.
- Measure, cut, and fit gypsum boards and other materials to specifications.
- Construct and assemble frameworks and fixtures to support drywall installations.
- Apply finishing touches, such as sanding, smoothing, and sealing joints and edges.
- Follow blueprints, drawings, and instructions to ensure precise and accurate work.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as electricians and plumbers, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines on the job site.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project timelines are met.
