Luxe Living Collection is looking for a skilled and reliable Handyman to maintain and repair our luxury holiday apartments in Dubai. The role involves addressing maintenance issues during check-ins and check-outs, planning preventive maintenance, and ensuring our properties remain in top condition for every guest. Additionally, the role includes picking up and dropping off staff as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Perform repair and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:
• Electrical: Fixing switches, sockets, lights, and other minor electrical repairs.
• Plumbing: Addressing leaks, clogged drains, and minor plumbing issues.
• Masonry: Minor repairs involving walls, tiles, or other structures.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize future issues and ensure optimal performance of all appliances and fixtures.
• Inspect apartments during guest checkouts and create a detailed checklist of items to repair or maintain.
• Test all key systems and appliances (A/C, water heaters, Wi-Fi, kitchen equipment) before guest check-ins.
• Purchase necessary tools, equipment, and supplies while staying within budget.
• Pick up and drop off staff to and from different locations as required.
• Drive to different locations, including other emirates (Sharjah, Ajman, etc.), for maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth apartment operations and guest satisfaction.
