Follow recipes exactly as described by in-house system including ingredients and quantities of each ingredient. The chef will have access to alter the seasoning and taste of the dish, without compromising on the macros breakdown of the dish.
Leverage strong understanding of global cuisines to be able to prepare dishes across different cuisines and dish types.
Coordinate with delivery aggregators and food suppliers to ensure efficient operations.
Assist with ingredient inventory and inform on food and non-food supply levels for restocking purposes.
Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items.
Ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and prepared in a timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with Dubai Food Code regulations.
