Responsibilities
· Handle all HR activities
· Recruitment & Selection.
· Develop & implement HR policies & procedures, ensure compliance with UAE labor Law.
· Annual Leave.
o Calculation of Leave balance of employee and handover of the employee file to Accounts Dept. for Leave settlement.
o Update & maintain leave record of all the employees.
· Keep track of attendance of the employees.
o Collect, download and check attendance sheet and inform employees of any discrepancy and hand over to accounts for further process.
o Monitor missed attendance register of AUH & Dubai
· Maintaining “Employee out of Country List” and handing it to the accounts Dept. on a monthly basis.
· Payroll
o Timesheet consolidation and providing it to accounts.
· Performance Appraisal.
· PR Coordination.
· Making arrangement for visa cancellation, repatriation, exit of the employee.
· Handle Employee complaints & feedback.
· Employee Documentation/ Tracking & Updating Details: Maintain & update filing systems.
o Maintain and update all employee related documents such as Emirates ID, passport & visa Copy, Insurance Copy etc.
o To maintain a database of all passports and visas by scanning all documents and directly updating the database when details change.
o Keep track of documents expiry of employees such as visa expiry, labor card expiry, insurance expiry and giving the expiry list to the concerned persons for renewal.
o Maintain documents related to Tenancy Contract, Power of Attorney, trade agreements in the server and its updation.
· Preparing all HR- correspondence like memos, forms, certificates etc.
