· Revenue Growth:
a. Achieve and exceed an annual software invoicing target of $8M+ within the first 12 months.
b. Ensure a sustainable 40%+ YoY growth across middle east regions.
· Market Expansion & Customer Acquisition:
a. Secure at least 10 new enterprise customers per quarter.
b. Expand Accops’ footprint within the BFSI, and Large Enterprise segments.
· Channel & Partner Ecosystem Growth:
a. Onboard and activate at least five high-impact channel partners in key markets.
b. Drive 70%+ of revenue through the partner network.
· Sales Team Leadership & Development:
a. Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing regional sales team.
b. Implement a structured sales methodology with clear KPIs and execution plans.
· Strategic Account Management:
a. Establish deep relationships with CIOs, CISOs, and decision-makers in the target industries.
b. Increase Accops’ share-of-wallet within existing key accounts by 2X in 12 months.
