- Operate heavy vehicles (e.g., trucks, trailers, buses, or other large vehicles) for the transportation of goods or materials.
- Ensure safe and efficient driving, following all traffic and safety regulations.
- Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
- Load, unload, or assist in loading/unloading goods and materials.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pick-ups, and any necessary documents.
- Adhere to delivery schedules, ensuring timely arrivals.
- Report any vehicle malfunctions or issues to the maintenance department.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding driving and safety.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or recipients.
