Role Purpose:

The Helper is responsible to execute all activities related to loading/unloading, movements of goods, cleaning, helping team members as per instructions received, including safe handling of products and equipment’s.

Key Accountabilities:

• Assist in loading and unloading goods from trucks, pallets, and shelves.

• Sort, label, and store items in designated locations.

• Ensure products remain unspoiled and intact when move or transported.

• Label packages with product information and weight.

• Place packages on a pallet jack or hand cart.

• Pull defective products.

• Stock station with packaging materials.

Functional Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of warehouse operations.

• Thorough understanding of hand lifting equipment.

• Thorough understanding of stretch wrapping machine.

• Thorough understanding of Health and Safety Standards.

• Thorough understanding of chain of command.

• Standing, walking, and lifting for long periods.
