We are urgently looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team for a high-rise building project located in the Dubai Islands. If you have at least 5 years of experience in high-rise construction and are ready to take on a challenging and dynamic role, we want to hear from you.

- Mechanical Systems Design & Coordination: Lead the design, planning, and coordination of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other building services) for a high-rise building project.

- Project Management: Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical systems, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.

- Site Supervision: Supervise mechanical works on-site, ensuring compliance with construction drawings, specifications, and local regulations.

- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor junior engineers, subcontractors, and site teams, providing technical guidance and ensuring the timely completion of mechanical installations.

- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to mechanical systems during construction and commissioning phases.

- Compliance & Safety: Ensure that mechanical systems meet local building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Conduct site inspections and quality control.

- Collaboration: Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

- Cost Management: Assist in preparing cost estimates for mechanical systems and ensure that all mechanical works are completed within budget.
