Provide direct nursing care to patients at their homes as per the care plan

Monitor and record vital signs and patient condition

Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed

Assist patients with daily activities (mobility, hygiene, feeding) when required

Perform wound care, catheter care, and post-operative care

Follow DHA guidelines, company policies, and ethical standards
