Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented HR-Oriented Administrator / Office Manager to support internal operations and HR functions within a fast-paced consultancy environment.
This role combines office management duties with active involvement in the on ground HR support and stakeholder coordination across diverse internal teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of Saudi labor regulations, and experience working in project-based or client-driven industries.
Key Responsibilities:
For Office Management will include but not limited to:
- Oversee daily administrative operations to maintain a professional      and well-functioning office environment.
- Coordinate office services, equipment maintenance, procurement, and      vendor management.
- Organize internal logistics, meeting support, travel arrangements,      and regional events.
- Ensure the office complies with internal safety standards,      cleanliness policies, and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain banking relations and on-ground documentation support for      local compliances
- Readiness to travel to other location within KSA for any business      requirement if arrives
For on-ground HR Support – will include but not limited to:
Recruitment Process:
- Support in the recruitment and talent management processes - coordinate      interviews, candidate assessments, and communication throughout the      selection process.
- Maintain applicant databases and up to date recruitment status.
- Liaise with hiring managers and consultants to understand staffing      needs linked to ongoing or upcoming projects.
Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Manage onboarding processes including documentation, office      arrangements, and IT/desk setup.
- Facilitate smooth transitions for new hires and ensure alignment      with company and client project expectations.
- Support offboarding procedures, exit processes, timely deactivation      of employee status from all required internal and external channels/      portals, and documentation in compliance with the labor law.
Regulatory & Legal Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and government platforms      including GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad, and the Ministry of Human Resources.
- Monitor Saudization goals and contribute to compliance-related      reporting.
Qualifications and skill-set:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/ Business Administration, or a      related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in a combined office management and HR role,      ideally within a consultancy, professional services, or project-driven      company.
- Strong working knowledge of Saudi labor law (GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem,      Mudad).
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills; able to      prioritize in dynamic environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in      handling confidential matters
- Familiarity with Saudization requirements, HRDF programs, and      government employment incentives.
