- Reviewing applications & identifying potential candidates.
- Presenting shortlisted candidates to line managers.
- Maintaining effective candidate communication, including document collection.
- Securing necessary approvals and endorsements.
- Preparing Letters of Intent for selected candidates.
- Ensuring completion of employment-related paperwork.
- Data Management.
- Scheduling interviews.
- Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, Excel in particular).
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
- Minimum 2 years HR experience.
