  • Crafting and posting job ads on various platforms.
  • Reviewing applications & identifying potential candidates.
  • Presenting shortlisted candidates to line managers.
  • Maintaining effective candidate communication, including document collection.
  • Securing necessary approvals and endorsements.
  • Preparing Letters of Intent for selected candidates.
  • Ensuring completion of employment-related paperwork.
  • Data Management.
  • Scheduling interviews.
  • Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, Excel in particular).
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
  • Minimum 2 years HR experience.
