Description

We are seeking organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. This is a temporary role based in Al-Ain to assist the HR team in stream lining the filing system and to focus on payroll matters initially.

Main task would be managing employee records and data in our system. You will update employee information, generate reports and support HR team.

The successful candidate will have good communication and interpersonal skills as you will be required to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR team in day-to-day operations,
• Assist with the on boarding process by preparing and organizing new hire paperwork
• Generate reports and assist with data analysis for HR metrics and trends.
• Provide support to employees on HR-related inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution.
