• Support recruitment and onboarding processes for aviation and technical staff. • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files. • Assist in preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and visa documentation. • Coordinate training, license renewals, and medicals for flight crew and ground staff. • Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination in collaboration with finance. • Support HR policies, employee engagement activities, and performance reviews. • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and aviation authority requirements. • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related matters.
