We are hiring successful candidate for the role of (2) HR Executive in reputed (Group of Companies) Dubai/Abu Dhabi – UAE. Reporting to the Chairman / General Managers, also will manage, direct operation, leads the organization and provide boost to all functions within the head office. These include planning, development objectives, developing organizational HR Policies, integrate functions and operations between departments, and establish responsibilities and procedures to achieve the organizations’ strategic objectives.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

· Planning & Strategy

· Daily workflow of the department.

· Provides constructive employees performance evaluations, timely.

· Handles discipline and Hiring / Termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
