  • Support onboarding processes by preparing documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating training programs.
  • Maintain and update financial databases, ensuring accuracy in tracking expenses, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Generate detailed financial reports and summaries, providing insights to assist management in decision-making.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and compensation with professionalism and empathy.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR and finance processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
