Summary:

Plan, develop, implement and promote activities and programs that enhance overall employee engagement, communication and relations while overseeing the compliance of company employment policies and practices for all locations across the logistics business Units, UAE & Other GCC.

• Identify and drive philosophies and programs to foster constructive employee relations and ensure the organizations' approach to its employees is fair, respectful, and consistent.
• Timely review of Job Descriptions ensuring they are updated.
• Identify risks and challenges to the employee relationship.
• Evaluate and improve existing HR practices to introduce new perspectives, trends, and processes.
• Ensure employment policies and practices comply with relevant employment regulations.
• Advise management and leadership on employee relations and serve as the point of contact on fundamental HR issues and questions.
• Partner with line managers to resolve employee disciplinary and grievances.
• Provide guidance and counsel to employees on employee relations issues and workplace practices.
• Receive, evaluate, and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
• Conduct investigations of complaints and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepares month-end reports like MBR, QBR and other reports as requested by business.
• Coordinate recruitment of employees with HR recruitment team.
• Ensure Onboarding, Inductions and Offboarding for all joiners and leavers are handled effectively.
• Partner with C&B to ensure the promotions and other reviews are in line with the overall Compensation structure.
• Oversee office administration.
• Represent HR at all audits.
