Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Manage recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and evaluating candidate fit
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintain employee benefits programs and inform employees of benefits
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and enforced
  • Handle employee relations, communication, and engagement
  • Create and maintain HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management
  • Experience in the security of Manpower Industries (preferred).
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Knowledge of UAE Labor law & MOHRE regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
