Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Manage recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and evaluating candidate fit
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain employee benefits programs and inform employees of benefits
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and enforced
- Handle employee relations, communication, and engagement
- Create and maintain HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives
