This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, supporting HR operations, and handling general administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the company.
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms (job portals, social media, company website).
Liaise with recruitment agencies and external partners.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases (attendance, leaves, contracts, visas, etc.).
Assist with new employee onboarding and orientation processes.
Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations.
Draft and prepare official correspondences, letters, and reports.
Manage document control and filing systems.
