What does the role involve?

You will act as a key counterpart in all operational people initiatives and activities within the organization, and work

in close collaboration and co-operation with the regional HR and Talent Acquisition team.

• Supporting Talent Acquisition with Sourcing for sales & technical hard-to-fill roles (LinkedIn & other

sourcing platforms).

• Central person for Hilti Emirates people initiatives/projects

• Coordination of meetings.

• Vendor Services Management (e.g. Conference venues, team bonding activities, promotional gifts, etc.)

• Creation of HR content and Materials in PPT/Excel

• Event Management (e.g.: Sales Hiring Day)

• General support on HR Admin topics
