- Assist in end‑to‑end recruitment: job postings, CV screening, coordinating interviews, issuing offer letters, orientations
- Maintain and update employee records (HRIS/database), both digital and physical files
- Prepare and process HR documents: contracts, NOCs, salary certificates, clearances, licensing applications (DHA/MOH/visa)
- Support payroll and attendance tracking: collect attendance data, prepare input for payroll team, handle routine queries
- Coordinate onboarding, employee orientation and training logistics; assist in L&D or Emiratization initiatives where applicable (e.g., schools)
- Handle employee inquiries on HR policies, leaves, benefits, and relations while maintaining confidentiality. Generate routine HR reports and metrics for management
- Support compliance audits, policy implementation, and process improvement as assigned
