Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction projects in UAE.
Have NEBOSH IGC certificate.
Have bachelor’s degree in any engineering fields.
Experience in buildings and infrastructure (preferred in piping, network, pumping stations, district cooling system, etc).
Experience in safety requirements of hot work, confined space, working at height, lifting activities, electrical safety, high pressure water pipe, chemical handling, etc.
Awareness about the local rules and regulations.
Having other HSE certificates will add more value.
Responsibilities:
Ability to conduct internal training.
Ability to prepare HSE reports, incident reports, etc.
Preparation of risk assessment, ERP, WMP, EMP & HSE plan.
Preparation of HSE inspection checklists.
Follow up with client HSE Representative.
Reporting to project manager and QHSE Manager.
Attend the internal & external HSE audits.
Follow up for corrective & preventive actions.
Ensure that all safety facilities are in place like PPE, welfare facilities, etc.
