Experience
· Develop and administer the company HSE program in alignment with regulatory requirements and international Standards.
· Oversee company HSE programs and legal compliance.
· Schedule and conducts regular Management HSE walk-throughs / inspections.
· Manage all project HSE staff (Project HSE Managers, HSE Engineers, HSE Officers).
· Ensures the Company Offices, Projects operate within Company, Client and legislative HSE requirements and standards.
· Ensures the Subcontraxctors operate within Company, Client and legislative HSE requirements and standards.
· Provides intrepretation of appropriate HSE legislation as it applies to the company and projects.
· Reporting and management of project incident investigation reports includive of root cause analysis and identification of preventative measures and actions, as per regulatory and company requirements.
· Coordinate and Participate in HSE external and internal audits.
· Prepare all tender HSE documentation in coordination with other departments.
· Support all other Departments within the scope of the function.
