Lead and manage HSE teams to ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, project HSE plans, and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement HSE Management Systems, risk assessments, PTW, and emergency response procedures for construction, fabrication, installation, and commissioning activities.
Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations using root cause analysis; ensure timely closure of findings.
Monitor worksite activities to identify hazards, enforce control measures, and promote a strong safety culture.
Coordinate with project management, client HSE representatives, and subcontractors to maintain consistent HSE performance.
