Job Description:

Precon Engineering is seeking a skilled and experienced HSE OFFICER to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of relevant experience and must have ADNOC experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

2. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

3. Conduct risk assessments and job hazard analyses to identify potential risks and hazards and implement risk mitigation strategies.

4. Ensure that all personnel receive appropriate training on the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety equipment.

5. Develop emergency response plans and procedures for various potential hazards, including fires, chemical spills, and medical emergencies.

6. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and permits, and implement measures to minimize environmental risks and impacts to promote sustainable practices.

7. Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incident reports, training sessions, and other safety-related documentation.
