· Implement and enforce HSE policies and procedures at construction sites.

· Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards to ensure a safe working environment.

· Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations (UAE labor laws, OSHAD, etc.).

· Deliver safety training and toolbox talksto site workers.

· Conduct site safety inspections and audits, reporting any non-compliance issues

· Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.

· Ensure the proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) by all workers.

· Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to implement safety measures.

· Maintain HSE documentation, including permits, incident reports, and safety logs.

· Liaise with authorities for inspections and approvals.
