HSE Program Development:Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations specific to construction or O&M activities. Conduct risk assessments and job safety analyses to identify and mitigate potential hazards in construction or O&M projects.
Compliance and Monitoring:Monitor and enforce adherence to HSE regulations and standards in construction or O&M operations. Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction sites, equipment, and work practices. Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and corrective actions.
Incident Management:Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend preventive measures. Prepare and submit incident reports to regulatory authorities as required. Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures specific to construction or O&M activities.
Communication and Reporting:
Communicate HSE performance, trends, and concerns to management and staff.
Prepare and present HSE reports, including statistical data and trend analysis.
Foster a positive safety culture through regular communication and engagement with employees.
