Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources and office management functions in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices, recruitment, and office operations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities -
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and facilitating open communication.
Organize and implement employee engagement programs to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, in compliance with UAE labor laws.
Office Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
Manage office supplies, facilities, and maintenance, coordinating with vendors as necessary.
Implement office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.
HR Policies & Compliance:
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in accordance with UAE labor laws and company standards.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR practices.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Performance Management:
Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
Identify training and development needs, and organize relevant programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Compensation & Benefits:
Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee compensation programs.
Conduct salary benchmarking and provide recommendations for compensation structures.
