1. Handle Emiratisation maintaining Tawteen targets and keep HOHR updated on Tawteen requirements by regularly sharing the reports.
2. Coordinate with Albatha Representative, Universities, Campuses and social media sites for screening of candidates.
3. Updating Albatha Emiratis reports as and when required
4. Participate and attend talent fairs as and when required.
5. Publish vacancies on social media sites and Albatha provided portals and handle Emirati internship programs.
6. Coordinate with Albatha for Emiratis learning and development requirement
7. Coordinate with HOHOR, HR Executive for the disciplinary process of Emiratis
8. Manage HR Tawasal, GBF HR Portal and GBF main screen for organizational and HR announcement and communication
9. Design posters for company related communication and events
10. Release monthly events and birthday calendar through HR Tawasal.
11. Organize and coordinate for Health Camps, Albatha Learning Festival, Annual Staff Picnic, Iftar Party and other company events.
12. Coordinate with HR Executive for the separation process of Emiratis
