This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Specialist. The role is located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for managing HR operations and implementing HR policies and procedures. You will handle employee onboarding and offboarding, administer benefits and payroll, and oversee employee relations alongside with their performance. You will also assist in talent acquisition, performance management, and training and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Source, screen, and recruit top-tier candidates across various roles.
- Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and recommend suitable hires.
- Collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs.
Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new hires.
- Handle exit processes, including exit interviews and documentation.
Benefits Administration and Payroll:
- Administer employee benefits programs (insurance, etc.).
- Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing.
Employee Relations:
- Foster positive relationships with employees.
- Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance evaluation processes.
- Regularly assess team members’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
SOPs and Policies:
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to HR functions.
- Develop and update HR policies in alignment with legal requirements and organizational goals.
Task Management and Tools:
- Proficiency in task management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) to streamline HR workflows.
- Ability to track and prioritize tasks efficiently.
