Ensure smooth execution of HVAC projects, coordinating with client engineers, main contractors, and site managers. Ensure all HVAC installations comply with safety regulations, project specifications, and local authority guidelines.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance HVAC system issues, ensuring optimal performance.
Material & Inventory Management, monitor stock levels, request materials, and ensure efficient resource utilization. Guide and train technicians, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety standards.
Documentations maintenance, logs of work completed, safety checks, and system performance reports.
Facilitate effective communication between management, including clients, subcontractors, and team members, to ensure all project aspects are aligned. Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining project quality and performance.
Supplier & Sub-contractor Management, building strategic relationship with suppliers, vendors to ensure smooth transitions of products supports.
