  • Assist with candidate coordination, including scheduling interviews and communicating with applicants.

  • Support the Processing department in screening CVs and conducting initial phone screenings.

  • Coordinate with the team for onboarding activities and required documentation.

  • Manage daily processing and administrative tasks such as filing, emails, and data entry.

  • Help organize training sessions, meetings, and HR-related events when required.

The Ideal candidate must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in Immigration field or recruitment coordination is an advantage.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Professional attitude and attention to detail.
