Assist with candidate coordination, including scheduling interviews and communicating with applicants.
Support the Processing department in screening CVs and conducting initial phone screenings.
Coordinate with the team for onboarding activities and required documentation.
Manage daily processing and administrative tasks such as filing, emails, and data entry.
Help organize training sessions, meetings, and HR-related events when required.
The Ideal candidate must have:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in Immigration field or recruitment coordination is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional attitude and attention to detail.
