1. Determining the required materials and generating purchase requests on daily basis.
2. Ensuring materials meet specifications, quality standards, and are cost-efficient.
3. Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production.
4. Tracking production volume and monitoring customer demand patterns and purchasing trends.
5. Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products.
6. Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.
7. Conduct periodic studies and analyzes (at least every 3 months) to update the re-ordering standards of the materials and the upper and lower limits to keep them in line with the company's goal of reducing storage and costs.
8. Conduct a periodic study of the storage capacity and compare it with the stock required to detect any possible future obstacles and work to solve them with the right time and speed.
9. Studies on low-mobility products and fast-moving products.
10. Mange and coordinate with other department for effective launching of new product and maintain lc tracking sheet.
11. Coordinate technical department For Review of BOM and apply on the system as required
